The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped bye-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
How do I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit thereturns pagewithin 30 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.
How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit thereturns pageto initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects.
How do I return defective goods?
You may return your order to 5iento within 48 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report claims by sending us an email

Upon check out you can select between various ground and air options. We will select the carrier to provide you the best value and service based on your location.
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
We offer FREE International Shipping and can accept credit cards both inside or outside of the EU.
Do you accept back orders?
We do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept back orders.
What if I order something and it is out of stock?
We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Is there a minimum order size?
We do not have a minimum order size.

My journey started with a spark, an idea that pulled together a small team of 2 individuals, myself and Mindaugas Butkevicius, Co-Founder & CTO, a tech savvy friend I know for more than 10 years.
The idea was to showcase, through a website, a selection of the Best Selling Clothing & Accessories from the Biggest Fashion e-commerce platforms out there, using our gut feeling & a little help from our wardrobe stylists. This is also how we come up with the name of 5iento.
Siento, in Spanish, means ... i feel, and we instantly felt it is the perfect match for our outside the box approach to this particular business idea. We also wanted to differenciate ourself in terms of branding, that's why we choose number 5, instead of letter S. We feel we made the right choice!
Our long term goal is to create partnerships with niche fashion designers , achieve a minimum 6 figure traffic on the website, a HUGE conversion rate while delivering top notch clothing and providing best customer service one can have!

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders once they have been shipped.
Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days and shipped the next day after the processing day.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes for all international orders.
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or couriers. If the order has been tagged as "return to sender" or "unsuccessful delivery" due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or not submitting the necessary requirements to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we're fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
